The FlexSight LS2000 from DET-TRONICS is an open-path IR gas detector that monitors large areas for hydrocarbon gas clouds. The transmitter sends an infrared beam to the receiver up to 200 m away. It is built for harsh outdoor environments and provides fast response for leak detection in high-risk zones. The system is used extensively in upstream and midstream oil & gas.
