The Masoneilan 12400 is a torque-tube displacer level transmitter with integrated smart electronics. It measures level, interface or density in process vessels using the classic displacer principle. Many refineries and chemical plants still rely on it for high-pressure, high-temperature services because the torque tube keeps the electronics out of the process and the sensor handles dirty, viscous or corrosive media reliably.
